I’m Guillermo Moreno, a research-led design lead based in Vancouver. I’ve spent twenty years in digital design and more than a decade helping teams understand and improve complicated products and services.
I work best where the journey crosses organisational boundaries: policy and operations, customer support and product, security and accessibility, research and engineering. I’m comfortable setting direction, but I stay hands-on with interviews, synthesis, flows, prototypes and the detail of delivery.
My background spans UK government, financial services, insurance, public health, legal information and founder-led AI products. That variety has made me suspicious of one-size-fits-all process. The method should fit the question, the risk and the decision a team needs to make.
